This was just delicious. I love the long buildup, the introduction of Severus and his position in the household, and the hints of DE strategy talks -- very nicely done, with just the right amount of explanation. I love that Lucius rewards Severus by letting him watch, first while Narcissa is sunbathing, and later in the bedroom -- and that Narcissa has no idea. There's a very carefully balanced power dynamic here, and you did a fantastic job with it.
